How to book an appointment

To ensure we provide safe, personalised care, please follow the steps below before booking your treatment:

1. Send Us an Enquiry

Please email or DM us on one of our social media platforms with the treatment(s) you are interested in. We’ll be happy to answer any questions and advise whether the treatment is suitable for your concerns.

2. Register on Our Booking Portal

Before we can arrange your appointment, you’ll need to create a client account on our secure booking portal. It allows us to securely store your contact details and begin your patient record. This can be done either by yourself or us, whatever works for you.

Once you’ve registered, we’ll be able to arrange your initial consultation.

3. Attend Your Initial Consultation

All new clients are required to attend an initial consultation before treatment. During this appointment we will:

  • Discuss your concerns and treatment goals.

  • Review your medical history.

  • Assess whether the treatment is safe and suitable for you.

  • Explain the benefits, risks, expected results and aftercare.

  • Complete your treatment consent forms.

4. Prepare for Your Treatment

Once your treatment has been booked, we’ll email you your pre-treatment instructions. Please read and follow these carefully to help ensure the safest and best possible results.

To ensure a smooth and safe experience for all our clients, please take a moment to familiarise yourself with our booking policy before making an appointment.

All clients must be 18 years or over to book and receive treatment at A&M Aesthetics Edinburgh. Treatment suitability will be assessed during your consultation, and you must provide complete and accurate medical information to allow us to determine whether your chosen treatment is appropriate for you.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations, rescheduling or failure to attend may be subject to our cancellation policy.

Consultation & Treatment Suitability
Booking an appointment does not guarantee that treatment will be carried out. As a nurse-led clinic, your safety comes first. We reserve the right to postpone, modify or decline treatment where we believe it is not clinically appropriate or safe to proceed.

Payments
Any required booking deposit will be shown during the online booking process. The remaining balance is payable on the day of your appointment using the payment methods available at the clinic.

By completing an online booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to our Booking Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy.

Please note: I’d change the wording currently in your Ovatu screenshot that says “We accept cash only” now that you’re setting up online deposits/payments. Otherwise your website and booking system could contradict each other. I’d also make the exact consequences of cancelling within 24 hours clear in your full cancellation policy — for example, whether the deposit is retained or transferred — rather than simply saying you require 24 hours’ notice.
